References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to HULM. The term “User” refers to any individual utilizing the HULM platform, whether directly or through a booking made on their behalf by you.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
HULM provides mental health services including, but not limited to, counseling, therapy, psychological assessments, workshops, and wellness programs. The scope of services will be explained to the client/patient before commencement, and any changes to the scope will be communicated promptly.
HULM respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients/patients. Information disclosed during therapy, counseling, or any other service will be kept confidential, except in the following situations:
HULM adheres to the principles of data protection and privacy laws as mandated by the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017. All personal and health-related data provided by clients/patients will be securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.
There will be no refunds provided for any session cancellations. Once a session is booked and payment is made, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.
